To reserve your child’s spot at the Early Childhood Center (ECC), we require a non-refundable $50 registration fee ($50 maximum per family). This fee is due when you submit your application and doesn’t roll over from previous school years. To make your payment, please visit our Payments page by CLICKING HERE. If it is necessary for you to withdraw your child after school has started, please give two weeks’ advance notice so that we can fill your child’s place.  If notice is not given, a two-week charge will be assessed to your account (your deposit will be used to help cover this charge.) Each semester there is a $100 semester materials fee, due in August and January, that will be added to your tuition bill that month.

Your child’s monthly tuition bill are due by the 10th of each month.  If paying by check, please make checks payable to “FUMC ECC” - payments may be deposited in the payment box on the table in the ECC hall.  Please also be sure to write your child’s name on the memo line.  Receipts will be issued upon request.  Cash payments should be made directly to the director and receipts issued immediately. Payment can also be made directly on our website by CLICKING HERE. Starting Aug. 1, 2026 payment can be made through the Brightwheel App.

Parents will be notified when the fee payment is overdue.  Tuition not paid by the 10th of the month may result in automatic withdrawal of the child from the program. Due to the financial commitments of the Center, refunds will not be made because of absence.  When there is an unscheduled closing (i.e. snow days), the day will be made up in conjunction with the Stillwater Public School calendar.
